Delivery information
Kyiv Stend delivers custom-manufactured signs and nameplates from our production facility in Kyiv, Ukraine to customers across the European Economic Area (EEA), excluding the Kingdom of Spain. This page explains our shipping partners, lead times, cost calculation and customs procedure.
1. Where we ship
We ship to 26 EU / EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. Also to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland by request (case by case, depends on carrier availability and customs).
We do not ship to: Spain (a separate Spanish-language store is in preparation), the Russian Federation, Belarus, or any country under EU sanctions.

Lead time counts from dispatch, not from order date. Production adds 3 to 10 working days depending on the complexity of your order (see Section 4).
3. Delivery cost
Delivery cost is calculated per shipment based on total weight, volumetric weight, destination and carrier. Because our production is custom, we quote shipping together with the goods in the order confirmation. Typical ranges for reference (final price confirmed in your quote):

For orders above 30 kg or bulky packages (long signs) we prepare a dedicated freight quote (LKW, palletised).

Production starts after we receive 100 % advance payment and approved artwork proof.
5. Customs and VAT
All shipments cross the EU border from Ukraine (non-EU country). Every parcel is accompanied by a commercial invoice with HS code, description, EUR value and country of origin. Handling procedure:
- B2B Business Customers with valid EU VAT ID - import VAT and any duties are accounted for by you as importer under the reverse charge / import mechanism in your Member State. Our invoice does not include VAT.
- B2C Consumers - import VAT is normally collected by the carrier upon delivery, according to the standard rate of your country. Consumer is the importer of record. For orders up to EUR 150 the low-value scheme applies (no customs duty, only VAT). Above EUR 150, both duty and VAT may apply.
Handling fees charged by the carrier (customs clearance) are not included in our shipping price. Typical range: EUR 8 to EUR 25 per parcel depending on carrier and country.

6. Tracking and delivery day
Once dispatched you receive a tracking number by email. Delivery is normally attempted door-to-door on working days between 9:00 and 18:00 local time. If nobody is available, carriers leave a note with instructions to reschedule or pick up at a local point.
DHL Express offers Saturday delivery and time-window options at additional cost - available on request.
7. Packaging
All signs are packed individually in bubble wrap, protected by corrugated cardboard corners, and shipped in double-walled carton boxes. Large signs (over 800 mm side) are shipped in wooden crates for structural rigidity. Fragile stickers are applied. Insurance up to full order value is included in the shipping price.
8. Delivery to a business address vs residential
Delivery to a business address (office, warehouse, retail store) is normally faster and cheaper. Delivery to residential addresses is available with all carriers but may incur a residential surcharge (EUR 5 to EUR 15 depending on country and carrier).
9. Damaged or missing shipment
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, mark the delivery note as "damaged - subject to check" and take photos before opening. If content is damaged, notify us within 3 working days of delivery with photos to sales@kyivstend.com.ua. We open a claim with the carrier and, in parallel, produce a replacement at our cost.
If the parcel does not arrive within the stated lead time plus 5 working days, contact us with the tracking number and we open a search inquiry with the carrier.
