Why Order from Kyiv Stend
- Direct manufacturer since 2007. We do not resell - we design, cut, print and assemble in our own workshop. This means shorter approval chains and direct quality control.
- EU standards compliance. We produce to EN 17210, ISO 21542, ISO 7010, ISO 3864 and DIN 32976 - the standards specifiers, architects and general contractors reference in EU public tenders and building certifications.
- Any quantity from 1 to 1000+ units. The same attention to a single prototype as to a serial run. Large batches - contract with fixed timelines and price protection.
- Free design work. Mock-ups are prepared against your logo, dimensions and mounting conditions and approved by you before production starts. No hidden design fees.
- Full B2B documentation package. Pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, delivery note, contract if requested. Compatible with EU intra-community reverse charge (Directive 2006/112/EC Article 138) for VAT-registered B2B buyers.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a custom sign or nameplate cost?
Pricing depends on size, material, quantity and design complexity. We do not publish fixed price lists - each order is quoted against your specification. Send the size, material and quantity through the quote form and our manager returns a detailed specification within one working day.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
For a typical batch up to 50 units - 3 to 7 working days after design approval. Larger batches from 50 units - from 7 working days. The exact lead time is fixed in the contract. If your project has a hard deadline (public tender, building handover), tell us at the quote stage - we consider priority slots.

We ship across the EU (except Spain, which is served by our separate Spanish operation) via Nova Poshta International, DHL, GLS and DPD.
