Business hours

Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00 Europe/Kyiv (EET in winter, EEST in summer). Saturday and Sunday are non-working days. Reply time in any channel is 2-4 working hours. For time-critical orders we recommend contacting us before 16:00 on Friday Europe/Kyiv - this guarantees processing before Monday morning.

Ukrainian public holidays (New Year, Christmas 25 December and 7 January, Easter, Independence Day 24 August, Defenders Day 1 October) are non-working days - the on-call rota answers urgent B2B contract queries only.

This is the production workshop and the correspondence address. We do not receive clients at this address - all finished goods are shipped via Nova Poshta International, DHL, GLS or DPD across the EU. The address is used for official letters, waybills, consignment documents and contract records.

B2B orders (companies and self-employed)

Around 80 percent of our orders come from companies, schools, healthcare facilities, retail chains and public sector buyers. A recurring first-contact question is: "Do you provide a contract and closing documents?" Yes - the full package.

Document package for B2B customers:

• Manufacturing and supply contract (English language for EU customers, Ukrainian for domestic).
• Pro-forma invoice for pre-payment.
• Commercial invoice with the intra-community reverse charge note (Article 138 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC) for EU VAT-registered buyers.
• Packing list.
• Delivery note - proof of transfer of goods.
• Act of works if the order includes custom design or installation services.

What we need from you to prepare the contract: company name, registered legal address, VAT number, bank details, contact person and delivery address. Payment terms and banking details are on the payment page.

B2C orders (individuals)

There is no minimum order quantity - we manufacture single prototypes as well as serial production runs.

Shipping is via Nova Poshta International, DHL, GLS or DPD across 26 EU countries (excluding Spain, which is served by our separate Spanish operation). For B2C shipments below EUR 150 we apply the IOSS scheme - VAT is collected at checkout and no additional customs formalities are required from the buyer.
